AS Real Estates Ltd. is a real estate trading company. It started as a small real estate office in 1996 in Krk. Following the newest trends, ten years later the private office was transformed into a Real estate agency Ltd. situated in the city of Krk, at Nr 3, St Bernardin's Promenade. After the new Law on Real Estate Transactions, which was issued in 2008, AS Real Estate Ltd. gets the licence from the Croatian Chamber of Economy on March 27, 2009, registered under nr. 97/2009. Finally, since December 2009, AS Real Estate Ltd. has moved to a new office in Rijeka, at 54 b, Ratka Petrovića Street.
Besides the formal registration facts, our agency has, through its educated real estate agents and various other experts in the field of real estate, always given a professional service, that goes beyond the sale itself, so that a person who once has had a business relationship with us can always be sure of our professional services and assistance.
During all these years, we have developed excellent business relationships with geodetic offices in Krk and Rijeka, project offices in Rijeka, Krk and Zagreb, law offices in Krk and Rijeka, as well as with construction companies covering all types of construction work, from the smallest adaptation and remodelling works to the complicated building of residential or business buildings.
